CE-109367-6

Question

I have been playing sims4 on ps5 for awhile now and have a few packs but for some reason my Get to work doesn’t want to download every time I try this error code CE-109367-6 comes on and it’s only with that pack all the other ones are working perfectly, please help me fix this as this was my favourite pack 😞 I had tried deleting the game and downloading again but nothing.

@badassmila&nbsp;There's advice about DLC issues in the link here:https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/games/add-on-dlc-in-game-currency-support/#:~:text=Can't%20install%20add%2Dons,storage%20required%20for%20your%20download.You could also try PlayStation support if the advice doesn't help and see if they can advise you. I had to do the same with an Xbox DLC problem.Good luck.
