Same I lost my pack on sims 4 PS4 edition. I purchased it on the playstore with my own money and they removed it and wanting me to re buy it even tho I bought it with my own money from the very start without ps+.

    If you had fully purchased this pack on your account, I'd recommend reaching out to PlayStation support directly so they can review your billing detail with you a bit further.
