City living won’t work ps5

Hi, did you get them when they were free to download on PlayStation Plus? Unfortunately they've since been removed them from the catalogue and are no longer available. I hope they don't do it again with sims dlc, it's messed up a lot of people's games 😣 

Thank you for your reply. And yes i did download when they were free, and now I think my only option is to delete them and then see what happens 😩

 Hopefully they're on sale at the moment so if you do have to buy them again you can get them both for the price of one 😁 wishing you all the best 🙏

Im havin the exact same problem

I don't own city living or at least I don't recall purchasing it on my PS5 however sims 4 says that I own it yet PlayStation is very convinced that I never bought it. When I attempt to download it to see if maybe I did buy it last time I had money it gives me an error telling me I can't install it (I'm assuming this is because I don't own it 🤔) I've restored my licenses for sims 4 and restarted my console, as well as checked the manage game content tab to see if it shows there which it doesn't. I'm very confused and I don't know how to fix this can anyone help me with this?
