Click through every single packs everytime I open the game

I’m on Xbox and am having the same issue. The game is acting like I’ve just bought every pack. 

this is happening to me as well. it’s incredibly frustrating especially when the game is also freezing so I have to keep loading back in.

Xbox player and having the same issue and the gallery freezes when I click on a build to see.

Same thing is happening on my PS5.

As someone mentioned before, the pack-related systems are completely broken. Game freezes when tires to check for packs used to create households and builds. Searching through packs is not available anymore in CAS, shows only base game. I knew the marketplace update would wreck my game, but I didn’t appreciate how painful that could be. :-(

This has happened to me as well on PS5. Restarted the game 3 times and it’s happened every go.

I am also experiencing issues related to packs after the latest update on PS5.

In addition to similar behavior, my Marketplace does not load at all, making Pack Select completely inaccessible.

It seems that pack-related systems are generally not working properly after this update.

Running all expansion packs at once on PS5 is not realistic due to performance limitations.

Pack Select has been an essential feature for managing performance and maintaining different save setups.

Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Same! I thought it was just me. Its so annoying & it had me thinking they deleted or something

Came here to report the same thing. It’s so annoying the first time I thought ah new update sure but it’s every time. On Xbox here. 

Happening to me too, on PS5. I won't play much if this isn't fixed soon. Not to mention, I won't be buying anything in the marketplace. They've gotten all the money they're ever going to get from me.
