Connection issue

So since last update I have been coming across this issue. I don't know if it's just me or what. I'm playing on a PS4 pro, full net connection and this happens. See pics....

    Heya LilithKitty 

    First let's check that you have Online Social Features Access enabled in your game settings. From the main menu, head to Game Options-> Other and be sure that box is checked.

    I do have that box checked. My EA account is connected to my PlayStation account. Everything works smoothly one second then I have no access to online features. I did go so far as to restart my games and console to see if that helped but it happened again.

    So I did everything on this list, and hopefully something worked along the way. I've been able to play with no issues and got the free delivery today with no problems. So thank you and I hope this means this discussion can be closed 🤞🏼
