I've mentioned already that the enlarged pointer doesn't make it easier to select or grab, in fact it's more difficult. It's easier to see but unless you have excellent grip and very steady hands it's problematic, particularly with plants and foliage. You have to hit one very specific point on the plant to grab it or target it with a sledgehammer tool. I've managed to take some images to demonstrate the problem. It took me absolutely ages yesterday just to clear a park border when I just wanted to select plants in between other plants. I keep having to delete a whole load of things and start again from scratch. The entire pointer can be hovering on something but it doesn't work, you have to be a fraction away from some things to grab them. I can't stress how difficult it is. So the images I've added here are just to show that the pointer was touching the plant at various points but behaving as if it wasn't. I ended up just clicking all over with the sledgehammer tool but it was doing nothing, it was such a hassle.
Rotate to place has also mostly stopped working in my game now. But occasionally the old control mode starts working again and all is well, then it suddenly stops again. The lag going in and out of BB mode is getting worse and everything slows down and sticks, I have to keep bringing up the Save Options then going back again and that clears the lagging.
Nearly 4 weeks now of loyal players being ignored, if anyone is listening the time to let us know is long overdue.
