I tried using lots from my library yesterday to cut down on work but even that is bugged and causes freezing and crashing. I can't place gallery lots either because of error codes. I can only place a room I've designed and saved, but nothing bigger. So I have to build from scratch. I was really looking forward to building a retail lot yesterday, I had it all figured out. It was horrible. Nothing worked. The Undo/Search problem is so random, sometimes it doesn't happen for the first hour but yesterday it was every single time. Added to that, the build mode music is even bugged. Songs are on repeat after the GRO update and sometimes there's silence. All of these are separate problems I know, but you can see how it all adds up to a miserable experience on console.
I feel very unsupported as a console customer. Issues stay unresolved and there is next to no help from devs with these technical problems. A promise to improve the console experience led to chaos and there is only one reason for that.. no dialogue, no engagement. We would happily provide the insight to fix the console experience, in fact we already have done. We're doing that right now. But it's all totally one sided. I speak to PC players who give me great ideas but I'm like a broken record replying to them "I get a bug when I do that" or "that's broken on console". Some have been kind enough to offer things they've built to help me but I can't even do that because of bugs.
This is the first Easter in a while that I haven't added some new DLC.
