Console login event

I play on a PS4 and have had issues claiming the event rewards from the very beginning. I was finally able to collect all the week 1&2 items but ever since the sims team released the patch update I can’t claim anything in week 3. The items I have claimed are in my in game catalog but on the event page they show as locked. All of my logins are being tracked however.
