[CONSOLE] Sims Delivery Error ps5

I did the following 

  1. Made sure I was connected to my psn
  2. made sure my EA account was linked 
  3. reinstall the game 
  4. and made sure it was updated 
  5. And clicked the online feature button in the main menu 

still receive the error screen and no access to the gallery only library
