Content no longer showing on PS5
I’ve bought new content, worked for a day and now it’s all missing, says it’s owned on main screen but go into game and it’s not available. I’m using PS5, I’ve tried the licences not sure what else to do, when google on gives help for PC users.

Please try the following steps to be sure all your content is currently installed to your console:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
