EA StaffI’ve had a constant issue with being unable to switch floors and it’s even made me stop playing before. I don’t know why this issue is occurring but I’m playing on my Xbox one and it’s barring me from fully enjoying the game and actually making me quite agitated when I’m just trying to build a nice house. Is there any way to fix this issue? I remember having the same issue months ago but thought an update might fix it but nope.please get back to me as soon as possible with any solution you may have. I’m currently playing on my new Xbox one series s on the cloud but have the same issue on my other Xbox one where it’s downloaded. I can’t switch floors at all and it’s getting in the way of my enjoyment.
