Crashes when save game

My game still crashes when I try to save it or travel lots. I try every time it does an update but its been about 8-9 months now it is ridiculous! I have spent so much money on this game and I can't play it. I miss being able to play this game but it is unplayable while I can't actually save it without it crashing
