Crashing during saving on Xbox one

I have experienced catastrophic failures during game saving. As I save my current game it crashes and goes to my Xbox home screen. I lost a lot of data and it brought me to an auto save file that was not my current gameplay. This has now happened multiple times. The game has also crashed while trying to go to the main menu.
