Crashing game

After the recent update it un installed my packs, I re installed them. I have tried to reload my saves but my character is naked and bald and when I go into the actual game it deletes everything sayi...

Hey there Lem0n-difficult​ 

Please try the following to ensure all your packs are fully installed:

  • Restore the licenses on your console 
  • Go to your Game Library 
  • Scroll to Your Collection
  • Select The Sims 4
  • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
  • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
  • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
