Crashing

Hi I am a console player. I play on Xbox one with no cc or mods. There seems to be an issue with the game crashing. I don’t know if it’s just me or if other players are experiencing this as well, but it mostly happens after the updating your graphics loading screen comes up, which doesn’t make the graphics any better it makes them more grainy and unrecognizable when playing, and then right after the screen I try to save it crashes. Or when I have been playing for a long period of time, and I try to save my progress and in the middle of saving it crashes, leaving my progress unsaved. I have also experienced crashing immediately after reloading into the Sims4 and as soon as I start to play it crashes. Please fix this issue as soon as possible because this is something that I have been dealing with for the past couple of months. It’s very frustrating to try and play a game that I love and I can’t even play it because of the bugs and issues that it has. And due to this frustration, it has made me want to quit playing altogether but I love this game and I have spent so much money on it and I would hate to see it go to waste. Please fix this asap thank you!
