Cursor disappears in CAS

I really thought this had been fixed, but apparently it has returned in this most recent update. Occasionally when I am in CAS, things will work normally and I can be halfway through making a sim, but then my cursor disappears completely and all I can do is rotate the sim with the joystick. I can't enter any menus, or even when I get a pop-up for internet connection loss or something, the buttons are highlighted as if I can click them, but hitting X does nothing. I have to end up restarting my game and completely losing the sim(s) I was working on. Very frustrating.
