Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply logging into my Sims game
What happens when the bug occurs? It resets all of the progress that I have made on the login rewards.
What do you expect to see? The Happy at Home Login rewards at the current item.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Got told to make a new thread for just this problem.
A couple of days ago, I logged in to claim the Practice Makes Perfect trait, the last reward of the three weeks, and then I noticed that when I logged into the game I had gotten the EA terms of service page. After agreeing and being super confused, I noticed that I was set back to the Bullseye Dartboard. The day after, the same problem came up, where I got set back to the first reward. I thought that it had fixed itself as I was able to get to the second item this time without my rewards being reset, but while logging in to get the three items in the first week again, I found myself looking at the EA terms of service page again.
I have not seen any updates for the game itself and I keep looking to see if there is any. I looked around the forums here and it seems like there is nothing I can do if I am on Xbox.
