Daily rewards

Hello, I have already emailed EA about this issue, but has anyone else got passed week 2? I've been claiming my rewards since this launched. Claimed all rewards up to the compact bar. Well, I login on the 5th day to claim the serenity hairstyle and its like my whole game starts over. From "Terms and agreements" screen to "adjust to your tv" screen. Then BOOM, I'm back on day 1 of the login event with only the dart board available, as if I haven't logged in the last few days and claimed everything. Is this a bug? It's been happening since the June 6th update. What is going on?

I am on console (xbox) 

Funny enough, this issue just happened again yesterday and it was saying all of my saves were gone and to start a new game, but once I backed out and restarted the game they popped back up. It freaked me out because I have invested so much money into this game it's not even funny.

I was getting game crashes for multiple days in a row and, after removing all of my mods and packs installed, I decided to reinstall the game. This led to all of my rewards (the 7 I had claimed) being reset from my daily login and forcing me to restart, leading me to not being able to get them back as there's not enough time.

EA PLEASE fix this!!

What happens when the bug occurs? It resets all of the progress that I have made on the login rewards.
What do you expect to see? The Happy at Home Login rewards at the current item.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Got told to make a new thread for just this problem.

A couple of days ago, I logged in to claim the Practice Makes Perfect trait, the last reward of the three weeks, and then I noticed that when I logged into the game I had gotten the EA terms of service page. After agreeing and being super confused, I noticed that I was set back to the Bullseye Dartboard. The day after, the same problem came up, where I got set back to the first reward. I thought that it had fixed itself as I was able to get to the second item this time without my rewards being reset, but while logging in to get the three items in the first week again, I found myself looking at the EA terms of service page again.

I have not seen any updates for the game itself and I keep looking to see if there is any. I looked around the forums here and it seems like there is nothing I can do if I am on Xbox.

For someone who plays on Xbox, common troubleshooting methods for anything are power cycling your console, clearing the MAC Address, or deleting reserved data. There seems to be an issue with the way Daily Login Rewards are set up. Doing any of the methods I named above appear to reset the reward progress. This needs to be fixed soon because clearing the cache on your console is an inevitability. What happens when people go to do this , and they don’t have enough time to start over and claim every reward? Another issue is someone changing consoles. If someone decides to use another console (for whatever reason,) they will not have these items. I believe there is a workaround for PC, but no one has addressed this for console players.

Playing on Xbox One, same console, and have done the Happy at Home event twice. The first time I claimed Practice Makes Perfect, the next loaded save was bugged. CAS and build mode act erractic (broken menu/tools), do a restart, EA's terms and margin adjustments appear and the main menu acts like no one signed in, restart again and Happy at Home starts all over, no issues playing, loading, or launching the game until claiming Practice Makes Perfect the second time: repeat entire process. The items appear in-game until the claimed trait, and then they are gone. The issue doesn't arise in gameplay between claiming previous items.

I've signed in more times than is even required, and there's only five days left.
