Deleted The Sims 4

I do not usually complain, but I have to vent. I have been playing the sims 4 since Launch, and at the point I just can't deal with it anymore. The sims 4 is a love and hate relationship that eventually you have to let go because of so many red flags! I dealt with not being able to travel when I want, glitches after I send my sim to do a task and completely cancels on its own. NOW I can not save my game at all, I created an awesome tattoo shop that never saved because guess what! It crashes everytime...it doesn't even Auto save anymore after crashing. The game is completely useless now and all the money I  have spent on each pack down the drain. This is just unacceptable in any gaming industry.  It's like hoping and praying they fix the one big glitch to save just to continue to play it again or wishing for another developer to come out with the same realistic elements but make it better, such as inzoi. I am a console player PS5 pro so it will be awhile until anything close to the sims 4 like game is on the platform. Any games that give off the same sort of feel or suggestions can help with this matter is greatly appreciated!? J
