I pre ordered the sims 4 discover university and now that it’s been released I don’t know how to download it? I went to the store and it only shows that I can buy. I can’t figure out what to do?

@DobMable Same thing here. I have the theme downloaded & installed, a receipt in my email for $40 & the ability to buy the game again for $40. In game on the spalsh page my game clearly shows Discover University as not owned.
