As everyone can see from the responses on Twitter and everything, the Sims University pre-order isn't working for those who pre-ordered. Both Sony and Microsoft have said that it's on the EA Server side for the problem. On PS4, we're getting the error code CE-37700-7. Has anyone figured out a way around this yet?

I have the theme downloaded so I know at some point this all worked as it should. In the store I can buy the game for $40. I have an email receipt saying I bought the game yesterday for $40. In the game splash page the University Icon shows my game as clearly "Not Owned". If I click it the what you get if you buy this window comes up & if I click the go to store option I'm taken back full circle to the store page that shows I don't own this content.
I only decided to buy this yesterday when Maxis announced the gallery was going global. YAY! We get to be a part of the "community" now. Which sparked an online class war because PC/MAC players got jealous we finally are being promised, with no date attached, the content they got at launch. Some were so angry they demanded future console updates come with warning so they don't get too happy for nothing. You know proof that we console players aren't part of this "community" we are just guest's who sometimes get to play the content & updates we paid the same price as them for. Great. And now this. Seriously!? They biffed this launch so badly I either have to pay TWICE or try to contact EA for help, or call Sony for a refund of the nothing I don't own but I paid for!?
I can't express enough how much this is a punch in the face to console players.
