Doors and infants

My sims keeps bugging where they cant walk through any door (never locked) but can walk through openings and when I try and get then to feed pickup or anything interactions wise with their infant they cancel it and leave the sim to cry even closing my sims and re starting the game but it doesn't change it is there new bugs
