Downloading from Gallery is not working
Anyone having problems with downloading from the Gallery?! I’m on the ps4 and when I try to download from the Gallery the game freezes and I have to restart my game.
If it's only one household, it does sound like this save file for this household has become corrupt. Let's test a brand new save file first though- to start a new save file, from the main menu of the game, rather than selecting the Resume, or Load Game button, you'll select New Game.
If you're not seeing any crashing issues on a brand new save file, that means this household/save file is corrupt- in this case we wouldn't be able to restore this file as it's stored locally to your console. Instead, you can upload this household into your Library section in the Gallery, then place them into your brand new save file to continue playing them on a new save.
