EA account doesn't stay connected
Hello Simmers!
I am having the same problem over and over again and by now I am desperate.
My last hope is that it is indeed a Software, not a Hardware problem; which I think it isn't, I don't really play any other EA games, but don't have issues like that with other games (like Diablo IV, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, ARK etc.)
Since I am playing Sims4 on PS5 (about 2 years) my EA-Account doesn't stay connected. It almost never is when I start the game. However, it always says I am linked to my PSN-Account on EA.
I am only connected to my own WIFI. I tried rebooting it, I ried clearing the cache on my PS5, I unplugged my router and my console for half an hour and lived like a caveman with no result.
Automate link is activated.
(Sorry, english is not my first language. Is that how it is called? I mean I checked the box in my options that says it will connect to my EA and the internet as soon as I start the game.)
Linking the EA-Account mostly isn't the problem if I do it when I loeaded a game. When I do it at the start screen, I end in a circle of connecting and restarting. When I do it as soon as I am already playing, the account is linked. However I have to manually disable and enable online features. This makes the game ask me if I want to connect to the internet as soon as I try to enter the Gallery.
Would be fine, but all it does is starting an endless loading screen without any results or error message.
I also tried uninstalling the Game and the AddOns or manually unlink and link my PSN account on the EA website.
Both works.
For two days.
Now I am stuck with the same problem again, like so many times before, and I am losing hope.
Console and Game both have the newest Updates.
Anyone having the same problem? Anyone knowing how to fix that? Any AddOns known to cause this problem? I am desperate :')
I don't remember having these troubles with my PS4, however going back is not an option. I am used to PS5 loading times by now rip.

You only need to link your EA account with your PSN ID one time- you do not have to relink the accounts each time you launch the game. If you're seeing your PSN ID listed on your Connections tab on your account, that means you are successfully linked together and do not need to link the accounts again.
It sounds like you're not able to connect to the online servers for The Gallery- to resolve this issue, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Try a full power-cycle on your console and router/modem
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
