No unfortunately you can't use elevators in builds other than where penthouse lots are
That's what I don't understand a house is the same as a penthouse only a different location , should be available anywhere , it's normal in real life that elevators are anywhere you go , not only in the one city 😅😅
EA pleasse make them available anywhere
