error 34 whilst saving

I have been playing the sims 4 for years without any issue on xbox one and as of a few months ago it is just refusing to let me save my games. If i go onto a save file that i had prior to the issue and try to play it the game will just completely delete the file i have lost years worth of legacy’s because of this. Whenever i try to make a new save file with new sims it will let me save maybe three times and then the same error will appear and the file will be gone when i go back on sims, none of my saves are large so i am so confused. I have no idea why this is happening or how to fix it.
