I am unable to save over a save file without getting “Error Code 0” I’m allowed to create a new save file but it’s pretty obnoxious not being able to save over a save file that already exists

Do you have a lot of saved items from The Gallery stored in your Library? Please try removing some of your saved lots, rooms or households from your Library in The Gallery, let me know if that clears up this error for you.

I personally had to start a new game and now I always run a backup as a second identical save file. But that's just me, it was drastic and we all seem to be different. I get error codes when I've downloaded from the gallery or taken photos, so I now avoid both. It's a shame but I personally find it's absolutely necessary. But on a positive note is a known issue so will hopefully be addressed in an upcoming patch in the future.
