Error code 0

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
I want to talk about something you don't mention above:
How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. It won’t save my game saying error code 0 and it deleted all my other saves. Gallery builds and sims are all corrupted when I try to use them. Random silver llama on the screen, neighborhood interactions are not available like fishing or playgrounds near your lot. Pictures that you take are blank. When I place a lot it won’t download. And more.
How is this making it more difficult? I can’t play my game.
How can we reproduce this experience? Fix the error save and the other glitches.

    My game is finally working, I messed around a bit and uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it updated too. I hope that my game continues to work.

    @hoosiergirl210 this has happened to me twice this past month. I had the error code 0 last night so I came off the game only to come back on today to all of my saved games deleted. Did you get yours fixed?? I'm so annoyed i just want to play my game no trust issues

    My game is still not fixed. I’ve tried unplugging it, turning it off, and more. Nothing has worked.

    @asharuee This error code is sometimes tied to Error code 22. A help thread is here covering that issue Error Code 22. 

    This error code 0 thread issue was solved by uninstalling and reinstalling the game. No one can tell you if this is long term or not, errors can reoccur.
