Error code on PS5
When I load into the game it only lets me get to the point of clicking on the household I want to play in but then it says “the game failed to load. error code 102:bb5cfad7:ff18e37e it is recommended that you relaunch the game.”
I have tried relaunching the game, restarting my PS5, disconnecting/reconnecting to the internet and nothing has worked.
Any help would be appreciated.

Are you only seeing this error with one specific household? If so, please try moving this family to a new lot from Manage Worlds, let me know if you can load that family then.
