I almost always have to restart the game for the fairy DLC to work well, when I click on interactions, the characters get stuck or make an error when I want to click to do something like clean the house or want to enter the room.
MarHatem there is a current bug with controllers not responding, is that what's happening in your game? Have you tested on non-occult Sims in base game worlds too to see if the same thing happens? Many console players are affected by the current controller bug and it has been verified so there will hopefully be a resolution for us soon. Some are finding that playing offline helps so you could try that and see if the issue still happens.

If it's not this bug and is actually a specific issue with your Enchanted by Nature pack though I'd uninstall it and reinstall it incase you have an incomplete installation. You could also clear locally saved data and do a data synch. Go to Manage Game and Add-ons>Saved Data. You'll see 2 sets of data, pick the set next to your gamertag/username and select delete from console only (this step should be carried out while the game is not running). Then immediately load up your game and it will sync up with the cloud and retrieve your data.
