Expansion Pack Disappeared

I bought island living a long long time ago . It was an xbox disc and it paired sims 4 with the pack. When I got a new xbox it was gone.

Is your disk currently inserted into your Xbox? If you own a disk version, you'll have to be sure the disk is currently in your Xbox in order to access and play the content.
