First let's try the following:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
If you're still being prompted to purchase Get to Work, please look over the purchase history on your Xbox to verify that you're logging into the same account you had originally purchased this DLC on.
