Expansion Pack Sales Not on Xbox Store

I want to buy an expansion pack because of the recent sales, but they are showing up as full prices in the Sims 4 app and on the Xbox Microsoft store. I have reset my console and game, but nothing is changing. What do I do?

    bgxz637z1mn7 hi there, the Xbox content is sold by Microsoft not EA and their sales don't always coincide with sales on other platforms. As soon as there is an active sale you'll see it on your Sims homepage when you start your game. Sometimes it's just a few packs at a time so it can be worth looking through the packs in the store to see if there are any packs on sale.

    I've seen in the last couple days that The Sims 4 Expansion Packs have been on sale, but I play on Xbox, and they haven't gone on sale yet. I was wondering if they even would for the new Enchanted by Nature Expansion Pack *I'm looking to buy Lovestruck and Horse Ranch once they go on sale* and was just seeing if they would this go around. Does anyone know when the big sales (50% off expansion, 35% off game packs, etc.) happens during the year, or is it random? I'm not totally in the Sims 4 sale loop 😅

    I'm wondering the same thing. I'm waiting for Vampires and Life And Death to go on sale. I'm not sure if this is the case or not, but I've heard most packs go on sale at the release of a new pack. 25% probably or more.

    See I saw somewhere that Xbox does there's a couple days after Steam and other platforms do sales, that they are typically last to put there packs on sale. So I'm hoping by tomorrow/Wednesday they go on sale 🙏🏻

    Just an update; no sale still for Xbox, PlayStation, or Epic softwares, but Steam, EA for Windows and EA for Mac are all currently on sale. Hopefully by tonight/tomorrow morning *Wednesday* they will be on sale!
