Expansion Pack Sales Not on Xbox Store
I want to buy an expansion pack because of the recent sales, but they are showing up as full prices in the Sims 4 app and on the Xbox Microsoft store. I have reset my console and game, but nothing is changing. What do I do?
bgxz637z1mn7 hi there, the Xbox content is sold by Microsoft not EA and their sales don't always coincide with sales on other platforms. As soon as there is an active sale you'll see it on your Sims homepage when you start your game. Sometimes it's just a few packs at a time so it can be worth looking through the packs in the store to see if there are any packs on sale.
