Expansion packs missing

i purchased the bowling expansion pack last week, 
also last week my game would not load, so i restarted a new game. 
When i loaded up today, my bowling alley is no longer available, as it says i do not own it, and all accessories have been replaced.  

On the pre-game page, it is showing i do own it, but once page is loaded, there is nothing there to say i own it
