Expansion packs
Hi all. I downloaded sims 4 on a ps4, then upgraded to a ps5. I bought quite a few expansion packs on the ps5. However, I was burgled yesterday and they stole my ps5. I still have my ps4, and when I’ve tried to revert everything back to that, all the expansion backs are not installed with no way to install them. I’ve contacted PlayStation and they weren’t able to help so they’ve escalated it. I was just hoping someone on here knew how to fix it. I’ve tried reinstalling it but nothing helps.
hzoj6ia8galp I'm so sorry to hear that's happened to you. I actually had someone close to me have their PlayStation taken and sold by someone else and I know it can be really complicated to sort things out.
Firstly since the content was purchased from PlayStation they need to assist you with restoring that purchased content. If you're not happy with the first response you get, my advice is to keep trying and speak to a different representative. Ask to speak to a supervisor if you don't feel fully supported by them. Here's advice on how to deactivate the stolen PS5 if they haven't helped you with that already. You should remove your payment methods on your account too and change any passwords, but they may have already advised you on that.
