Download Build Bug

So I have a save and I wanted to download Deligracy’s furnished build off of the Gallery called ‘GIBBI GIBBI GAOL (DELI) ‘ onto the 64x64 island lot in WINDENBURG and I click furnished in the gallery and 10secs  later it comes up with a PS4 error code. I tried multiples times restarting my game and placing the build onto the lot but still comes up with the same error code. I then tried the same build on the same lot but unfurnished this time it worked with no error code. I still wanted the furnished version so I made the decision to uninstall sims and all my packs for the PS4 system to then reinstall it all and try again and it still doesn’t work. CHATGPT then told me to try it in a different save so I tried downloading  a 20x15 furnished build in newcrest that works, then tried a furnished room and that worked finally I tried the ‘GIBBI GIBBI GAOL (DELI) furnished lot and it worked. So it works in a different save but not the original save I want.
