Extension packs on Sims 4 on PS4 have disappeared

Three of my extension packs have disappeared on my Sims 4 PS4. Vintage glamour, City Living and Vampires have all vanished. I have another eight extension packs that are still available. The ones tha...

@EmsDidIt2020 A help thread for DLC issues is here [Read First]FAQ - Sims 4 Console DLC Issues

If you purchased the packs using EA Access and your subscription has expired, you need to renew your subscription.

If the account that purchased the packs is no longer on your console, or the console is no longer primary, you won't have access to the packs.

    Thanks for your reply @PoptartJuniper 

    The account that I purchased them on is no longer primary, but I have made it primary again and the packs are still not showing. Does this mean that they are gone for good? My other extensions are still available even though they were also purchased on the same account that I have just remade primary.

      @EmsDidIt2020 They should be available for download if they are not showing in the game panel. You may need to swap to the account that purchased the packs to download them again.

      If they show in the game panel, usually a console shut down will fix the missing packs.
