I bought the island living pack on the ps5, but I can't access any of the content.
It shows as downloaded on both the game and on my console,but it never actually downloaded any content.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the base game and all my packs, including island living, but it still isn't working.
Anyone know how to fix or should I just try and get a refund?

Let's check to be sure everything is properly installed with the following steps:
- Go to Games Home.
- Select Game Library to see a full list of your purchased games.
- Select your game.
- In the Game Hub, scroll right to the Add ons section.
- You’ll see all the add ons that are available for The Sims.
- You can download and install add ons you own here.
If your DLC still isn't appearing once you've checked this, be sure to let me know.
