Favorites on Console Gallery Not Showing Up

Hello, I play the sims 4 on my Ps4 and am having issues with my favorited sims on the gallery. Everytime I go to the catalog and select my favorites nothing shows up even though I have selected a bunch of sims for later use. It makes me frustrated and I've tried everything thing I could think of, please help!

    I ve had this issue as well but with PC. Favorites arent accessible for lots but households are. Also lots when searching in the gallery are messed up. Search order is off. 

    I updated for the june 4th patch and ecolifstyle recently.
