FIX THE GAME

Since the update for marketplace sims will absolutely not load for me on my ps5. I'll open the game it will show me all my owned packs that I have to clear every-time. Then I click on my saved file and it takes a few minutes to load. After loading and going into my played household it will load halfway and the the blue bar will never go past that, I've tried waiting for twenty minutes and it will still not load.
