When you open Cats and Dogs in the store, can you see the requirements listed for unlocking the pack? Can you pop up a screenshot of what you're seeing please? It will help us get a visual. 🙂

It still says unavailable for purchase. When will the pets expansion pack and pets stuff pack be available to purchase on xbox one?
@q1qeqwqtwtln This is an ongoing issue. Please use the Microsoft store to purchase Cats and Dogs and not the in game menu. This issue is also covered in this thread:
