[FIXED] Can't purchase My First Pet

I came here to report that I have the same issue. I have had this issue since the pack was first added to console. To this day I have no option to download this stuff pack, which is incredibly disappointing because I was excited about it from the moment it was announced. Doesn’t seem that this issue will ever be resolved. 

And before anyone asks, yes I own Cats and Dogs.
