[FIXED] Why is Cats and Dogs unavailable for purchase on PS4?

I wanted to purchase cats and dogs on my PS4 and I tried looking for it in the PlayStation store and nothing shows up, and when I look at the screen with all the expansion packs cats and dogs doesn’t...

    @infinitywint It appears that the PlayStation Store currently has the Cats and Dogs Expansion pack bundled with the My First Pets Stuff pack for the same price you would normally have to pay just for the Cats and Dogs EP.

    They also have it available in another bundle with the Parenthood Game Pack and the Toddler Stuff Pack at 50% off the regular price of that Bundle, if you are interested in any of those other packs.

    I'm just a regular Sims player, I do not work for EA, Sony, or Microsoft.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.40.5.3400 (64bit)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Realm of Magic, My First Pet.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The Cats and Dogs expansion pack won’t work at all. I know you can buy it in a bundle but I bought the stuff pack thinking the expansion pack might work now and I wasted my money.
What happens when the bug occurs? I know I can buy the bundle but there’s no point in buying the bundle if I already have the stuff pack.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to download the dog and cats expansion pack by itself like how the game is supposed to work or get my money back for the my first pet pack if I can’t.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I’ve had Sims 4 for a year now and I’ve been waiting for them to fix the dog and cat expansion pack problem on ps4. I decided to buy the stuff pack because I thought it might help somehow, but I still can’t buy the dog and cat pack separately. I know I can buy it in a bundle but I just bought the stuff pack by itself because I only realized it came in a bundle after I bought the stuff pack and I won’t buy it again. I’m wondering if it is possible to buy the dog and cat pack separately or if I can return the my first pet pack so I can get my money back on a stuff pack that I can’t even use.

@Hooley26 What problem exactly are you having with the Cats and Dogs bundle? I am not sure what Cats and Dogs pack problem you are talking about that needs to be fixed.

The my first pets stuff says it won't work without Cats and Dogs, so I am not sure why you'd buy that by itself and not just purchase the Cats and Dogs that includes the my first pet stuff in it.

You will have to contact Sony for a refund for My First Pets as it doesn't work without Cats and Dogs. We can't help you with refunds.

    @PoptartJuniper I have contacted Sony and EA. I just thought I might be able to find someone else who’s had this problem with trying to buy the Cats and Dog Expansion pack on ps4 and how they got it fixed. I now know that the stuff pack won’t help trying to get the expansion pack or to have it show up on the actual game, but I thought it was worth a try. I know you can’t help with refunds I was trying to find other people who have had problems with this. I also wanted to know if anyone’s had success in getting their money back in a situation like this.
