    Hey all,

    This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

    Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

@helenajade863 I am so there with you and it seems like it never be fixed. I have tried everything and it still crashes.

@EMMS2025 Same here I can build without the crash but as soon as I move a family in the house and start interacting the issue is there again.
Beyond bored with this now really lost faith in this completely but I am still going to keep on reporting the issue as its unfair on us users who have paid so much money on the game....

    It really is pathetic!! I will not buy anymore packs until they fix this. They fixed it for ps4 and mac/PC players, but left xbox one players out. It is an insult and blatant disrespect they should be glad this is just a game because if it wasn't they would have been approached with a demand to fix this.

      They didn't fix it for PS4 though it still crashes I tried it again when we got that update that was supposed to fix it for PS4 players and it did nothing the game still crashes 100s of players reported that it still crashes on the system my guess is they will wait untill next gen ps5 and Xbox series comes out and sees how it runs on those the problem is the save files are to big they need to get rid of the auto save it's to big.
