    Hey all,

    This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

    Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

My game is still crashing and it would be nice for a reply from EA or a fix.

I had the same problem. I tried all the troubleshooting and it didn't really do anything. The game would still crash in and out of build mode or the tripod. Or just when I tried to travel. But now it's crashing completely out of nowhere. And frequently too. I'll be in build mode or even live mode and it will just shut down. No drop in frame rate, no trigger. It just closes the game.

    I was hoping yesterdays patch would fix the issues but mine is still crashing when travelling and also when loading household which it never did before

      The July Patch didn't fix the continues crashing when sims attempt to travel as well when exiting build and buy mode. This is happening in both new and old saves. WHAT IS IT GOING TO TAKE FOR THIS TO BE FIXED!? This has been happening since 2018!

    @LadyOfVulcanI have the same problem. My game crashes when I try travel, build or buy.
    I have Xbox One. My system is set to automatically update my console, but i've done turning the console off and unplugging for 10 seconds few times. Whether I'm playing and trying to travel or what ever or if I'm in build mode and try to save. After doing something in build mode so that I don't lose it I try to save it and it as soon as I do that the dang thing crashes and takes me all the way to my xbox menu. I literally can't do anything.

      @Bulwiatko Ugh. It's awful. Mine has gotten worse since my last post. Now it will alsi crash while saving sometimes. And other times it will crash during regular gameplay with no warning.
