Hey all,

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

What additional information do you need? I provided a video showing it happen, an entire thread of people explaining that the same thing happened to them (a thread you closed as solved for some strange reason), and a description of the scenario as the original post to this thread. Please give me something specific that the team would need to know and I will do my best to provide it.

Edit: to answer your edit question: sometimes it does but that isn’t the only thing that causes the crash, seemingly it is whenever you’re trying to leave the home lot to travel somewhere else.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Star Wars
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know, I have uninstalled, rebooted my Xbox , changed profile, delete houses, delete sims and I’m about to just delete the game honestly
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t go into build mode, travel or do certain interactions without crashing. Also starting this morning my game won’t get past the first loading screen without freezing it has been 20 minutes currently that my screen has been frozen
What do you expect to see? A game that works
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
