Hey all,

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

I have been experiencing these crashes since the update I can’t travel, go from build to live mode or save progress without crashing. EA is giving me the run around and everyone keeps giving me useless advice and links. I want this problem fixed I invested over 600 bucks in this game so I expect to be able to play it at least. Yes I have the latest version, yes I’ve don’t all the trouble shooting techniques and no I don’t use CC I’m on console . When the crashes happen Xbox players can not provide proof bc our game doesn’t capture the random crashes once we get sent to the home screen. I have video evidence taken on my phone but this site won’t let me upload it
