Hey all,

This issue was resolved in Patch 1.70.

Please be sure to fully close and update your game- if you're still having crashing issues once your game is fully updated, please create a new thread here so we can investigate further.

[XBOX ONE] My Sims 4 has been working Perfectly fine until This new update happened. After The update was installed my Game keeps crashing when I am playing in Live mode & sometimes even when I am trying to save. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my game and add-Ons as well as turning off my console, unplugging it and turning it back on. All other games play just fine and I have more then enough storage on my system so I know it’s something with the game. Again my Sims has been working perfectly fine until the new update came in place now I can barely play. I have pretty much all the expansion pack except 3 including the new snowy escape from the update & I was happy to spend my money on this game but not for things like this to happen. I need a resolution for this!

Same with me on Xbox one. They seem to be working on it for all other devices. Once its fixed for them will it fix for Xbox too?
