Is there someone I can call to get more in depth assistance for this? It all ended up getting so bad I couldn't travel out do anything too fast or it would shut down so I stopped playing and ordered an Xbox series S. I have that now and transferred everything over. It didn't take long and it began glitching out and going to the home screen. I did figure out how to do screen videos or whatever but it won't do it if I'm on the home screen, only on games so I can't catch it. Anyways, I did as you suggested and uninstalled the game and then went to the store to reinstall it fresh. Then I went back and did a batch process and added all the packs back in. I played for a couple hours and all was fine. Today I get on and start building and after all my work was done, I saved and it shut down. 🤦♀️ I have yet to get it to run correctly since then. I did a restart on the console and when I came back in to the game, it froze on the loading screen. No bar at the bottom but the words were switching at the bottom. I closed that out and went in again and tried a start new and recorded a video and it froze. I don't understand why my hand is doing this but it's making me very upset. I've spent so much time and money to lose everything and I feel lost. I can't find anything online or a number to get ahold of anyone for assistance so I don't know what else to do.

As far as this issue goes, while the game is loading, try changing your Network Settings to offline. Let me know if that makes a difference or not.
