So I uninstalled and reinstalled that particular pack and made sure it was only installed on the internal memory. Went back in to play and got as far as to take the before pictures and it closed out. I am so frustrated now. I am completely lost on what else to do here.
@Cuddles0069Hi, dunno if you know this? But Xbox has the option to clear the Cache of Blu-ray discs including disk-tray cache for internal games via CD...
But anyway on Xbox it is found via settings >>>Devices and connections>>> Blu-ray and within that submenu there's an option for Persistent Storage. Once you click on Persistent Storage it will ask you if you wish to Clear the Cache for it. Click Yes. This helps immensely if your game starts to act up or refuses to run via the disc. For crashes we do a "power cycle" and sign out of Xbox Profile entirely, clear cache. Power cycle again. Then "manage game and add ons" and delete the Reserve Space* (usually around 250MB) for The Sims 4. And this fixed all the crash to dashboard issues I was having at the time. It's my go-to solution for when certain games crash suddenly.
I Hope your issues will be sorted out very soon! 🤗💙
