For Rent install issues - console

I preordered on Xbox. It says I own the pack, and it seems to be installed but not downloaded? When I go to world select I can see the new world but can’t select it - it says it will be available once it has finished downloading. I’ve restarted the game and console multiple times but nothing’s changed.

I’m having the same issues right now with the For Rent pack. It’s showing I bought it & it’s downloaded but I have to “Restart To Use”. But nothing has happened 

I preordered the pack For Rent on my Xbox 2 days ago. It went through and installed. The pack is supposed to be available now where I live but it says restart to install. I already have restarted the game and my Xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled the pack. It still says I need to restart to play and says pack content is unavailable. I want to play with it so bad but I can’t😭 if someone could help I’d appreciate it cause I don’t know what to do

I bought sims 4 for rent early. However upon installing on my Xbox console it still doesn’t work. And sims 4 for rent and the add on content is listed as outdoor playtime. Please help. I’ve factory reset my console 9 times with the help of Xbox but still can’t play my content.
